Within one week all SIPS panels have been installed.

The upper bedrooms have highlight windows, which let plenty of northern sun into the rooms. With a sill height of 1.7 metres they comply with privacy and overlooking restrictions and therefore won’t need any screening.

Spiral stairs will connect the lower and the upper level.

The second bedroom upstairs cantilevers and creates a covered outdoor area (deck) and also protects the large west facing sliding doors from the harsh sun in summer.
