Passive House Viewbank

Our custom designed passive house in Viewbank is a stunning example of sustainable living, featuring a beautiful Hampton Style design and built using Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs). This construction technique offers superior insulation and airtightness, ensuring the home stays comfortable year-round, with minimal energy usage.

The open plan living area is the heart of the home, featuring a spacious kitchen, dining and living area that seamlessly flows out to the alfresco area, perfect for entertaining guests or enjoying the beautiful Melbourne weather. The lower level also includes a multi-functional room that can be used as a media room, gym or additional bedroom, as well as a small study.

Upstairs, the home features three good sized bedrooms, including a luxurious master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in-robe. There is also a dedicated kids retreat area, perfect for the little ones to relax and play in.

Overall, this custom designed passive house in Viewbank offers the perfect blend of sustainable living and stylish design, providing a comfortable and functional space for the whole family to enjoy.
