renovation / extension blackburn

This beautiful home close to Blackburn lake needed a bit of TLC and some energy efficiency upgrades.

We’ve just added another bedroom at the front and squared off the house at the back. 
Otherwise we did some some internal wall changes and gave the house a full makeover. New bathrooms and kitchen / dining area with access to the newly redone outdoor area.

We have just managed to sneak in a few photos before the clients were moving in. Now we just have to wait to the clients to settle in and for the garden and landscaping to be done and we will be back for some professional photos.
